Sergiusz Felbur graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and he has joined to the KNDP law firm in 2021. He specializes in comprehensive tax advisory services for the real estate, construction, manufacturing and IT sectors.

As a part of his professional practice, he was involved in tax advisory for entities operating in such sectors as finance, automotive, retail and FMCG. Thus, Sergiusz centers his interest of PIT and CIT, VAT, civil law transactions tax and real estate tax, with particular reference to mergers, transformations and acquisitions, share-deal transactions and asset-deal transactions.

Sergiusz advises clients on the implementation of tax reliefs and preferences, including R&D relief, 50% author’s tax costs and IP Box. He also supported clients in tax inspections and tax litigation matters concerning PIT, CIT and VAT. Furthermore, his role also centers on supporting entrepreneurs in the implementation of new solutions, products and services requiring a combination of comprehensive tax analysis and amendments to business processes.

For transactional and day-to-day purposes, Sergiusz compiles applications for biding individual tax rulings and drafts tailor-made business justifications for implemented restructurings. The proposed solutions and business structures adapts the individual needs of each client.

Apart from professional experience gained in renowned Polish and international tax advisory companies and law firms, Sergiusz collaborated with the largest insurance companies in Poland, supporting them in legal issues and sales of offered products and services.
