Michał Kowalski has worked for KNDP since he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University in Warsaw in 2012. He was licensed as a tax advisor in 2013.

He specializes in projects concerning tax planning and restructuring including merger, acquisition, division and transformation of companies. He also provides advisory services to individual clients as well as Polish and international capital groups. Additionally, Kowalski is involved in rendering current services to enterprises with respect to public law. He acts as an attorney in tax, audit and court proceedings.
