Marek Kolibski has been an Associate Partner with Kolibski, Nikończyk, Dec & Partnerzy since April 2009. In 2002, he started his professional career in a tax department of a law firm. In 2003-2009 he worked for Ożóg i Wspólnicy law firm, where he held the position of the manager of the Direct Tax Department and leader of the Energetics Team.

He is the author of a number of publications concerning tax law and co-author of book publications concerning income and property taxes. He analyzes tax law practices in the pages of tax journals, in particular: Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Prawna. He wrote more than several hundred commentaries and articles for the above-mentioned magazines. He works as a tax expert commentator for two TV channels: TVN CNBC and TV Biznes. He also organizes training workshops for tax departments of companies from the majority of industries in Poland.

Marek Kolibski also took third place in the Tax Advisors Ranking 2013 by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the category “tax optimization”. Additionally, in the Tax Advisors Ranking 2013 prepared by Rzeczpospolita, Kolibski was recommended as the best CIT expert in Poland.

In 2016, he was announced the best tax advisor in the 10th Ranking of Companies and Tax Advisors DGP in the category “tax disputes”.
